Halfling Series Spinning Rods

Rods are currently expected to arrive Oct. 20th and will ship out same day.

The Halfling Rod Series is back by popular demand. Designed around a compact, space-saving handle, the returning Halfling delivers versatile performance for anglers who need greater freedom of movement without sacrificing sensitivity, strength, or control.

Built for fishing from kayaks and other seated positions, the shortened handle helps prevent interference with PFDs, heavy clothing, and confined seating areas. Its compact design is equally useful when fishing from the bank or anywhere underhand casts, pitches, and flips are required.

Key Features

Short Kayak-Ready Handle: The considerably shorter handle provides greater freedom of movement in confined spaces and reduces interference with PFDs and bulky outerwear.

Moderate-Fast Action: A versatile moderate-fast taper loads smoothly for controlled casting while retaining the responsiveness and backbone needed for a wide range of techniques.

Japanese Toray Carbon Construction: The one-piece 24T Japanese Toray carbon blank provides a dependable balance of sensitivity, strength, and durability.

EVA Split Grip: The updated EVA handle offers a comfortable, secure grip with the durability needed for regular use in demanding fishing environments.

Fuji Guides: Dependable Fuji guides provide smooth line management and consistent casting performance.

Versatile Performance: Although designed with kayak anglers in mind, the compact handle also excels when bank fishing, making underhand casts, or working in situations where a traditional full-length handle can get in the way.

The returning Halfling Series combines a compact, purpose-built handle with versatile rod performance, making it an excellent general-purpose option for kayak anglers, bank fishermen, and anyone who prefers a shorter, more maneuverable grip.

Fast Action: Only Available in 6'9" Medium Light, and in Red instead of black.
