Shipping policy
Domestic Customers:
- Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to ship.
- Packages sent via Ground Advantage Mail, USPS Priority and all UPS Services typically arrive within 2-7 business days.
International Customers:
- International shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and dimensions. The displayed shipping cost is an estimate. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you.
- Shipping times vary by country. Packages sent via USPS will transfer to your local postal service upon entering your country. Please use your local postal service for tracking after it leaves the U.S.
- Note: International customers are responsible for any duties or taxes.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sixgillfishing.com to receive a prepaid return shipping label at no cost. You may also initiate the return yourself through your customer account.
Damaged Items: while we take great pride in our packing abilities, unfortunately, things can happen during shipping. In the event your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us at Info@sixgillfishing.com and we will get you taken care of!
