Cypress Series Casting Rods

The reimagined Cypress Series Casting Rod by Sixgill Fishing Products is built for anglers who demand more — more sensitivity, more responsiveness, and more fish in the boat. This new generation of one of our most beloved rods takes everything you loved about the original Cypress and refines it from the inside out: lighter in hand, more balanced, and dialed in for true power ratings.

The original Cypress earned its reputation for rock-solid strength and versatility. Anglers loved the confidence it gave them, but we listened to feedback: some rods felt heavier than their listed power. We fixed that. The new Cypress delivers on exactly what's printed on the rod — a Medium fishes like a Medium, a Medium Heavy fishes like a Medium Heavy — while retaining the toughness the series is known for.
