Take high-quality pictures of the rod: (2) of the break and (1) of the label section.

Locate your Order Number from your receipt or order-related email correspondence.

Emails us the Photos and Order number to the address below, and we'll handle the rest.

 Rapid Replacement Fees Updated July 12, 2024: Our warranty prices have changed. There's no longer a $25 tube and shipping fee. You pay a flat fee that includes shipping, resulting in replacement fees decreasing up to $15 depending on the series.
