Posted by REGINALD TREVILLION on 26th Mar 2023 Recently added a heavy model of this rod to my collection exclusive for trap fishing. Love it!! 4 Fenrir Casting Rod Posted by Robert P Baskin on 23rd Feb 2023 I've yet to get this rod wet as we still have snow/ice throughout our fisheries but I'm giving the Fenrir a 4 star rating for these two reasons: 1) I love the grip length, perfect and doesn't hang up in my jacket pocket like my Cypress does. The grips are cork/rubber and very comfortable. 2) the action, this is a 7'2" medium heavy that I've tied a 1/2 oz jig head on and casted in my froze up front yard. I realize there were no fish present to give a real-world feel and fight but just the way this rod casts and loads up gives me great hope that the Fen will perform very well come Spring. This is only my 2nd bait caster so I don't feel highly qualified to fully rate this rod however what I've experienced so far makes me want another. Buy one and try it out yourself. Sixgill allows you to mix and match on your BOGO...Spinning/Casting, Casting/Casting, etc. 5 Flipping rod Posted by Mike Butcher on 16th Dec 2022 I have always fished Denali/Falcon and Kistler. I have definitely found my series of new rods. Love the moderate action allowing the fish to load up. So many times it seem like I pulled the bait from the fish with an extra fast tip. Also more absorption on the hook set when using flouro. 5 I wish I knew about them before… Posted by Justin on 19th Oct 2022 First, A++ service as I got them the next day (I live in Houston). Second, and more importantly, they pitch and skip like a dream. Now, this is just in my pool, but wow. Sometimes you just know, and this is one of those times. Can’t wait to let these dogs eat. 5 Fenrir Posted by Kirk D Gossett on 28th Aug 2022 This rod really works great for a couple different techniques but flipping is where it shines. The tip is soft enough to allow you to be able to pitch your lure into the spots you want and the backbone is stiff enough to really get those big fish out of heavy cover. 5 7'6" Heavy Posted by David Felton on 25th Aug 2022 I got this rod specifically for frog fishing, and after 2 trips I am very happy with it. Love the way it casts a 1/2 oz lure, and it's plenty strong to muscle them out of heavy grass and pads. 4 Create your bait and jig rod review Posted by Craig Randell Dodd on 13th Jan 2022 The only reason I'm rating this a four star at this point is I haven't had a chance to fish with it a lot. The weather in Tennessee hasn't been cooperating. However I have had a chance to fish with the cranking rods a lot and I love them. I have the seven four medium heavy. I bought them on the buy one get one free sale to try. The cranking rod is becoming one of my favorite fishing rods. I think the jig rod is going to be just as good. So once I get the chance to fish it more it might become a five ⭐. 5 Fenrir Flip stick Posted by Frank A Salley on 2nd Jan 2022 Great rod lots of backbone yet very sensitive. 5 stars. Now all I need is a new left handed reel for it. But for now my old reel will work. Thanks for a great rod at a great price 5 Fenrir rod Posted by Marion Green on 31st Dec 2021 Beautiful craftsmanship of this rod just waiting to place a order for bait caster to pair with rod Next Next
