Return Information

Returns are only accepted on new and unused items.  Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. 

Please do not send broken rods back for return or exchange - Use the Warranty Replacement Program instead.

RETURNS, REPAIRS, WARRANTY CLAIM

Step 1 -  Initiate your request by selecting “Purchased Online” if you purchased your products via our website or “Purchased at a Retail Location” if you purchased at a tradeshow or at our warehouse.

Step 2 - Follow the on-screen directions to locate the product within your order history that you would like to return for a refund, exchange, or warranty.

Step 3 - Print your return label, attach it to your package, and send it back.

 

Please allow 3-5 days after receipt for refunds and exchanges and 10 days after receipt for warranty/repairs. In the case a warranty/repair fee is due, we will contact you.
