Rod Warranty -
Please email email@example.com with multiple pictures of the rod and break. Please include at least (2) high quality images of the break, and (1) image of the rod handle section, with the rod name and SKU in view. A description of how it broke may be included as well.

To start a return for Refund, Exchange or Repair - please use the portal below.
Step 1 - Locate the reel in your order history that you are making the claim for. If you purchased at a trade show or cannot locate the item in your order history, start with "Purchased at retail location."
Step 2 - Proceed through the steps answering any applicable questions and attaching any images that may help us with your return.
Step 3 - Send in your reel
Step 4 - In most situations, we will contact you directly with a link for a warranty/repair order. Through this link, you will be able to pay for any warranty/repair work.
