Not sure about buying a rod online without being able to get it in my hands , but took a chance with bogo deal . I was very happy with the results of the quality of the rod and I’ve been able to see the difference with compared to my other high end rods. For the price you can’t go wrong.

I recently brought two SAGA rods with the BOGO deal. I thought they were the two piece rods but was disappointed they were one piece. I mated the Saga up with a 3000 Man of War reel for total SixGill setup. The Saga is lighter than I’m use to at first but boy this has become my favorite setup. I’m casting a mile and pulling in the fish ‼️ I love this rod & reel setup. I like the flex and casting ability to the Max...

I bought this rod specifically for throwing the Ned Rig. I wanted a 1 piece rod that could be used for finesse style fishing and the Saga didn't disappoint. At this time, I'm using 10lb fluoro but will eventually work down to 6 lb. fluoro. The rod has a nice soft tip but plenty of backbone to pull the fish in. I only use the rod in saltwater and have had no corrosion issues. This rod and a Saga casting rod were my 1st Sixgill purchases and I don't regret buying them one bit. I would recommend the Saga rods to anyone looking to get into Sixgill at a reasonable price.
