I can Cast some serious weight with this half way across the lake. Will get another 4 Solid rod, some issues with reel tightener Posted by Mike on 4th Nov 2021 I love this rod and bought two about a year ago. My only complaint is the reel constantly comes loose. The tighten down turning mechanism constantly comes loose. Haven't had this problem on any other rod so it's a shame since everything else about it is perfect 5 Great value Posted by Joseph Ng on 26th Sep 2021 This is a solid rod that I use offshore on a SUP, kayak, or charter boat. I’ve caught dozens of rockfish, lingcod, cabezon and have 2 of them from about 15 trips now 5 Excellent catfish rod Posted by Deshawn Gray on 23rd Aug 2021 Man I have 2 if the 9 footers casting and spinning slayed many cats with them in the 5 to 10 pound range it handles them well these rods can handle 100 pounders no doubt love the feel of them and the sensitivity 80 glass and 20 carbon 5 Smooth Posted by Keith Beaulieu on 16th Oct 2020 So far love everything about this rod. Great feel at the tip and have reeled in a few real nice Jack cravelles which most know give one hell of a fight.
