I have been fishing for 50 years, and have used all the best rods on the market. Loomis, St.Croix etc! After purchasing two of these rods, I was so impressed I purchased two more. Quality rods at a fantastic price! 5 Feels great Posted by Mike on 22nd Aug 2021 What can I say. Bought this to replace another 7’ that I used for light tackle surf for blues and bass in the fall. Absolutely bombs a tin or a small swimmer. Casting up to 2oz feels very good. Can’t wait to see some stripers on it. 5 Action and weight Posted by Red Calvert on 14th Aug 2021 I like the action of the cypress rod. The rod is great for Bass, Speckled Trout, Redfish and inshore Black Snapper. The light weight of the Cypress rod gives you great feel of the lighter bites . 5 Awesome rod Posted by Calvin Geddings on 25th Jul 2021 Love the feel of these rods picked up this with the BOGO offer pln on pairing it with Banshee spinning reel 5 Cypress spinning rod Posted by Marshall Foster on 21st Oct 2020 Got this for my son, he like the way it feels and works for him. He fishes on his middle school fishing team. He is now hooked on sixgill products. He said he will be a regular customer when he gets older. 5 Love Cypress Rods Posted by Nick Angiulo on 15th Oct 2020 While not even nearly their most expensive rod series, the Cypress is just a great rod! Its light weight is impressive and its power is tremendous. It loads in such a way to promote long, accurate casts and easily handles fish of all sizes. Highly recommended!! 5 One of the best rods for the money! Posted by Joshua Gipson on 12th Oct 2020 The Cypress has quickly become one of my favorites after putting it to the test. Unmatched sensitivity coupled with enough backbone to withstand all the different species I target, make the Cypress one of my go to rods. Feels great in hand due to the cork grips,, exposed rod blank, overall balance from handle to tip. 5 Cypress Series Spinning Rod has good feel Posted by TomH on 11th Oct 2020 What I was amazed by was the lightness of the rod. I am older and casting all day in a tournament can wear out my wrist. But this rod is well balanced with the Banshee 2000 reel. I like the sensitivity and the backbone to lay into a fish on the hookset. Previous Next Previous Next
