Rod Warranty and Return Process

Rod Warranty

To initiate a rod warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email info@sixgillfishing.com with multiple pictures of the rod and break.
  2. Include at least (2) high quality images of the break, and (1) image of the rod handle section, with the rod name and SKU in view.
  3. Optionally, provide a description of how the rod broke.

Please allow 3 business days for a response to your warranty claim.

Return for Refund, Exchange, or Repair

To start a return process, please use the portal below and follow these steps:

  1. Locate the reel in your order history

    If you purchased at a trade show or cannot locate the item in your order history, start with "Purchased at retail location."

  2. Proceed through the steps

    Answer any applicable questions and attach any images that may help us with your return.

  3. Send in your reel
  4. Await further instructions

    In most situations, we will contact you directly with a link for a warranty/repair order. Through this link, you will be able to pay for any warranty/repair work.
