Product Description

The Chopper Series Spinner/Chatterbait rod adds another critical style to our technique specific lineup. The rod tapers down from an extra fast glass tip into a fast carbon body, for both raw strength and sensitivity. The glass tip allows the rod to progressively load, minimizing slack, while the carbon body provides much needed sensitivity when the bite occurs. Its specialized blank, finished with rubberized cork grips and Fuji guides, ends the search for the perfect bladed bait rod at the Chopper series.

    I purchased 2 6'9" medium heavy chopper rods and let me tell you, these rods are superb quality. They have a soft tip but load up quick making for a perfect moving bait action. High quality guides allow for long smooth casts while keeping the sensitivity. The rubberized cork handle feels great, plenty of grip when hands are wet from rain or fishing ... I highly recommend these rods

    The first notice is the cork handles are top notch and super comfortable. The rod butt is responsive and strong with all guides and construction just perfect. This rod just took center stage on my boat!

    Slings around big spinnerbaits with ease, distance, and accuracy. I feel every turn of the blade on retrieve but can distinguish between a bite and a snag. Giving 4 stars for lack of lengths. Only offered in 6 foot 8 and 7 foot 2. Strictly preference but I would like a 6 foot 10 for spinnerbaits.
