To start a warranty claim, please use the portal below.
Step 1 - Locate the product in your order history that you are making the claim for. If you purchased at a trade show or cannot locate the item in your order history, start with "Purchased at retail location."
Step 2 - Proceed through the steps answering any applicable questions and attaching plenty of high-quality pictures of the break to help us analyze your break.
Step 3 - Submit the claim and wait for a response. In most situations, it will not be necessary to send in the broken rod.
Step 4 - Once your claim has been received, we will analyze for manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, we will contact you and send out a replacement.
Step 5 - In most situations, we will contact you directly with a link for a warranty order. Through this link, you will be able to pay for a replacement product.
Step 6 - In most situations, it will not be necessary to send your broken rod back to us. We will notify you if we need it for analysis.
