After a few trips every one of them had showed the same issues. Drag was not very smooth but that was minor compared to the handle issue. You could.not.even finger tighten the reel screw without considerably binding the reel. So to even be able to turn the reel you had to have the handle so loose it practically falls off. The reels I purchased were also not the only ones I heard of having this issue. Eric, from the symptoms you are explaining here, it sounds like you are missing a part from the handle. Reach out and we will help. - The Team at Sixgill 5 Reaver 2000 Posted by Kevin BRAY on 16th Nov 2022 I have a couple of older Reavers and i really like them. This new one is smooth as butter.
