The Dreki Series Casting Rod series blends the characteristics of two of our most beloved rod series. It boasts a fast-action taper inspired by our Myakka series, while fitted out with the ever-popular grips and hardware of the Akylos. The exposed reel seat allows for multiple points of contact, so no matter how you hold your setup, you will always have access to the blank - further increasing its sensitivity and earning its place in the lineup.

    I love this rod. I have used a ton of over brands over the years and I've become a believer in sixgill. This one might be favorite. I love the rubber handle. I will say foe anyone looking, the rod diameter on the MH is the same as the myakka heavy action. However I love the action on this rod. The last 12 to 18 inches is soft enough to throw senkos a mile. But, one day I used it for bigger swim baits and it held up just fine. It's not the lightest rod I've picked up, but at this price, I'd buy this one 100 times again. Great balance, sensitivity, and action.

    Absolutely love the rod. It has a good backbone and has plenty of action at the top 1/3 of pole. Easy casting through the eyes. Would recommend

    Super light with surprising backbone! Paired with the Hamarr can throw anything from finesse to swim jigs to squarebills! Love it!

    The Six Gill Dreki rod has quickly become one of my go to rods in my boat. Like every Six Gill rod I’ve fished, it’s well balanced and has great feel. But the Dreki for me I found to be so refined and easy to handle. It is comfortable to use all day long, And actually enjoyable to fish with! I couldn’t be happier with this rod and I can’t stress enough how much you should have one (or six) of these rods in your boat!
