Overview Product Videos Reviews Product Description The Chuck rod series shares a blank with the Kratos rod series, but uses standard EVA for the grips as opposed to the soft polymer grips of its sibling series. The 80/20 carbon/fiberglass blend effectively merges sensitivity with durability, making for an excellent all-purpose series. Quick tip recovery and finesse-friendly sensitivity pair with lunker-busting backbone. Add to that the eye-catching blue accents and the Chuck rod series is bound to be a solid addition to any rod locker! With dreadnought 2000 reel I can toss light lures with ease. 5 1 to 10 it is a 10 Posted by PAUL BAIA on 29th Sep 2021 love them 5 Surprising gem Posted by Dan Daughtry on 21st Oct 2020 Picked this up on a whim because I needed a BOGO companion for my 9’ Erebus and they were the same price. Initially I had a lightweight Shimano reel on it I used just for zabiki rigs. I liked the feel so much that I put the Shimano reel back on its original ML rod and picked up one of the close out Drekar reels to pair with it. The action on it seems like it’s faster than fast. It feels like I hit the backbone faster than I do on my other Fast action rods: Lykan, Cypress, Creature
